Development Vision
Development builds on an already operating property, expanding it into a multi-night destination supported by existing infrastructure, guest flow, and land-based systems.
The first phase focuses on introducing accommodation through approximately 6 to 10 cabanas. These will be positioned within the landscape to maintain privacy while remaining connected to shared spaces. Construction will prioritize low-impact methods and materials sourced from the property where possible, allowing the structures to integrate naturally into the environment. Over time, total capacity is expected to expand to approximately 15 cabanas, maintaining a boutique scale rather than high-density development.
The physical layout is centered around a shared pool designed to function as both a social and wellness space. Cabanas will be arranged in close proximity to this central area, creating a natural flow between private accommodation and communal gathering. The pool serves as a focal point for guest interaction while still supporting a relaxed, wellness-oriented atmosphere.
Existing food and beverage operations will be expanded rather than replaced. The current kitchen, restaurant, and bar already support active guest flow and will be scaled to accommodate overnight stays. Expansion will focus on increasing capacity, improving service flow, and broadening menu offerings while maintaining a connection to the farm and locally sourced ingredients.

Additional infrastructure will include yoga decks, dedicated wellness areas, and improved internal access routes to support movement across the property. Trails and natural areas will be preserved and integrated into the guest experience, allowing development to take place without removing the existing character of the land.
Future phases will build incrementally, allowing development to respond to demand rather than overextending early. This approach reduces risk and ensures that each stage of construction is supported by operational performance.
This phased approach allows development to expand in step with demand, building on existing operations while increasing overall revenue capacity over time.

Wellness Retreat Concept
Wellness is a core component of the property, but it is not positioned as a separate or isolated feature. It is integrated into the land, the food systems, and the overall experience.
The model is built around hosting external instructors and facilitators who bring their own audiences. This allows the property to benefit from established networks and reduces reliance on internal marketing efforts. Rather than building a brand from scratch in the wellness space, the property becomes a destination that established practitioners choose to bring their clients to.
Programming will include yoga, meditation, and nature-based practices supported by the environment. The medicinal trail, farm, and surrounding landscape provide a natural foundation for herbal education and wellness-focused experiences. Food and beverage offerings further support this model through farm-based, locally sourced meals.
The wellness offering is designed to operate alongside general guest stays rather than replacing them. Retreats can be scheduled periodically throughout the year, allowing the property to maintain consistent occupancy through both independent travelers and curated groups.
This structure creates flexibility in both pricing and programming, allowing the business to adapt to demand while maintaining a clear identity.
